Full job description

Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Permitting Specialist to support environmental planning, permitting, and due diligence activities for infrastructure, energy, utility, transportation, and land development projects. This individual will be responsible for conducting Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs), Critical Impact Assessments, environmental permit coordination, regulatory research, and environmental compliance support throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Ecology, Natural Resources, Geography, Planning, or a related field. 2+ years of environmental permitting, environmental consulting, due diligence, or environmental compliance experience. Experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Permit Matrices, Compliance Trackers or regulatory schedule
