Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary HR contact for the Lancaster site, partnering with leaders to support business goals through effective people strategies. This role provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.
  • Deliver training and coaching on leadership, employee development, compliance, and workplace best practices.
  • Support compliance initiatives, investigations, reporting, and HR programs.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and other HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience; SHRM certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and advise leaders, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems, Oracle, or Power BI preferred.

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable range of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
