Full job description

Standard Job Description

Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with program, production and engineering managers. Supports production forecast commitments, schedule changes and short range recovery planning. Uses leveling techniques and planning factors to optimize business performance. Oversees the master schedules, long range planning and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.

Duties will include:

  • Create and maintain build plan for AC modifications

  • Coordinate with Manufacturing Master Schedulers to ensure manufacturing schedules meet production schedule

  • Interface with Production Operations to provide production status

  • Maintain Production Operation status sheets

  • Conduct schedule impact analysis as required with the assistance of Production Operations SMEs

  • Actively participate in kick off meetings and operations

  • Month end reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working in and understanding of Microsoft Project

  • Highly analytical

  • Proficient in excel (reading and writing formulas)

  • Understanding/working knowledge of EVM

  • Scheduling knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Experience in a production environment

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proven advanced problem solving skills

Desired Skills

  • SAP experience

  • Production Scheduling experience

  • Experience building and maintaining production build plans

  • Experience in a DoD aerospace environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
