IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, KY. This role involves overseeing IT projects with a focus on HR, Payroll, and Finance systems within a dynamic organization. The company operates in the technology and financial services industry, emphasizing project delivery and process improvement.
Position Overview for the IT Project Manager :

Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation

Develops project plans and drives milestones to ensure timely delivery

Establishes effective communication with project teams and stakeholders

Provides day-to-day direction to project resources

Ensures effective change management and documentation throughout projects
Requirements for the IT Project Manager :

PMP certification required
-
Experience in HR, Payroll or Finance IT Projects

Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple project stakeholders
