Infrastructure & Sync: Build and manage seamless ingestion and sync workflows between core marketing platforms and our data warehouse. DevOps & Automation: Create and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to ensure automated testing and deployment of all data solutions. Cloud Management: Monitor and troubleshoot Google Cloud infrastructure and workflows to guarantee 99.9% data availability and quality. Optimization: Implement advanced data models and optimize storage and retrieval processes to manage costs and performance. Migration: Lead the transition of existing data infrastructure and legacy pipelines into our modern tech stack. Governance & Quality: Conduct rigorous Code Reviews for Merge Requests (predominantly SQL) and implement data observability standards. Marketing Support: Enable Reverse ETL scenarios (using tools like Workato or Census) to activate data directly within marketing tools.

Proficiency in Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation. Soft Skills Proactive troubleshooting, identify system weaknesses before they fail. Ability to translate technical data limitations into actionable business insights for Marketing stakeholders. Proven ability to build reliable, high-trust partnerships across different departments.
