IT Support Administrator

Description

We are hiring an IT Support Administrator to provide Level 1–3 technical support for end users across the organization. This role supports day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1–3 IT support

• Support Office 365 and Active Directory

• Image, deploy, and configure PCs

• Troubleshoot enterprise applications, email, hardware, remote access, and connectivity

• Support local and network printers

• Perform updates for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

• Support VoIP systems

• Manage Apple iPads and iPhones using mobile device management (MDM)

Requirements

• Experience in IT support or desktop support

• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking

• Hands-on experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and PC imaging

• Familiarity with VoIP and Apple mobile device management
