Saas Configuration Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is sourcing for an experienced SaaS Configuration Engineer to join a global consulting firm within their GenAI portfolio. The Configuration Engineer will support the deployment, configuration, integration, and governance of enterprise AI and SaaS platforms. This individual will play a critical role in scaling and optimizing enterprise GenAI solutions, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, and Gemini, while partnering closely with security, compliance, architecture, and product stakeholders. This is a hands-on technical role where you will act as a senior individual contributor, driving platform initiatives, leading technical discussions, and coordinating cross-functional efforts. The position requires someone who can thrive in a rapidly evolving SaaS ecosystem and adapt to changing business and technology priorities. This position is fully remote in EST only, supporting global teams.

Compensation: $_80/hr. to $100/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

-7+ years of experience supporting, configuring, implementing, or administering enterprise SaaS platforms. -Experience with API and enterprise integration architecture -Understanding of agentic frameworks and scaling enterprise AI products/tools -Proven experience supporting Enterprise platform implementations, Platform configuration and administration, Security and compliance reviews, Architecture governance processes, Enterprise feature rollouts, etc. -Excellent communication skills, experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and executive-level partners. -Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based development environments.
