Corporate Account Vice President - Pulp and Paper SUMMARY: The Corporate Account Vice President manages Corporate Account Managers, Compliance Managers, and Corporate Account Data Analysts. This role ensures that we are fully supporting National Accounts and Division Field Sales opportunities across the geographic area. JOB DUTIES

  • Develops medium to long-term sales plans and prepares strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
  • Develops client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts.
  • Identifies potential customers and manages existing customer relationships.
  • Develops the strategy behind contract proposals, analyzes data to enhance sales & profitability, minimizes risk to the company, and provides the preferred customer experience.
  • Assessing customer needs and suggests appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
  • Monitors customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Manages, supervises, mentors, and trains employees who perform support tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects and ability to complete projects on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude, high energy level, & strong desire to interact directly with customers.
  • High comfort level making presentations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: None required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • 5-10 Direct Reports
  • 5-10 Indirect Reports
