  • Stay current on industry trends and continuously evaluate new tools and methods to address evolving business needs.

  • Take direction effectively while working independently with limited supervision.

  • Demonstrate a strong passion for data and analytics, and for using insights to fuel business innovation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Hands-on experience in delivering analytics and insights to multiple levels of management (Including Test Design, Financials, Conversion/Response Reporting, Response Analysis, Incremental Analysis, Response Profiling and Target/Segmentation Analysis)

  • Experience working with Snowflake, AWS and advanced level database querying languages (SQL, HQL, SparkSQL) with modern cloud-based data architectures.

  • Technical understanding of data extraction, transformation, and load processing.

  • Proficiency in web analytics (Adobe Insight/Adobe Site Catalyst).

  • Experience with dynamic and interactive reporting applications (i.e., Tableau, Databricks)

  • Tangible experience with business strategy and tactical implementation.

  • Strong written and oral presentation / communication skills – the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders

  • Ability to work and collaborate with and influence internal and external partners.

  • Problem-solving skills are essential. Must be able to think outside the box to implement creative solutions that solve business problems.
