Day-to-Day
- Maintain and update integrated master schedule
- Review contractor schedules and identify schedule risks
- Partner with construction, procurement, planning, cost, and contracts teams
- Lead schedule review and risk mitigation discussions
- Track long-lead procurement activities
- Develop schedule forecasts and recovery plans
- Build executive-level schedule presentations and reporting
- Support multiple active hyperscale data center projects
Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a Data Center Owner's Representative Scheduler to support a confidential hyperscale data center construction projects. This individual will serve as a strategic scheduling partner supporting the end client's data center development organization. Unlike traditional project scheduling roles, this position requires extensive collaboration with the end client's internal stakeholders including planning, procurement, cost management, contracts, and construction teams while maintaining integrated master schedules across major data center construction programs. The Owner's Representative Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze the end client's master schedules while also reviewing contractor CPM schedules to validate progress, identify schedule risks, forecast project milestones, and support executive-level decision making. This role requires strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex schedule data into actionable project insights for leadership teams.
Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of construction scheduling experience on large-scale projects
- Expert-level Primavera P6 experience
- Experience developing and maintaining master CPM schedules
- End-to-end project lifecycle scheduling experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience presenting schedule updates, risks, and recovery plans to leadership teams
- Ability to work onsite at assigned project location
- Data center construction experience
- Owner's Representative scheduling experience
- Experience supporting owners, developers, or consulting organizations
- Google Workspace experience (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Commissioning scheduling experience
- DCMA 14-Point assessment experience
- EVM experience
