Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Consultant to support the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate is experienced in core accounting functions, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to take ownership of key processes with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis

Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate, timely recording of financial transactions

Prepare and support financial reports, schedules, and documentation for management and internal use

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities

Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and expense reporting as needed

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Support audits and other external reporting requirements as needed Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3-7+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles

Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills What We Offer:
