AI Developer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add an AI Developer to join a Fraud Prevention team at their Telecom customer supporting several high-visibility initiatives, including Agentic AI development, AWS cloud migration, case management modernization, and Cox integration efforts. This individual will help design and build AI agents from the ground up while working closely with a distributed team of engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience building AI agents or agent-based applications using modern LLM architectures.
• Strong programming experience with Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as:
• Amazon Bedrock
• AWS Lambda
• Amazon EMR
• Amazon Redshift
• Ability to develop custom AI workflows and orchestration logic rather than simply consuming existing AI tools.
