Job Description
One of our largest Fortune 10 technology clients is seeking a Contracts & Governance Analyst to support a global Data Center Technology organization. This individual will facilitate end-to-end contract, purchase order, funding, and invoicing workflows while partnering closely with Program Managers, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and vendor stakeholders. Responsibilities will include managing contract and PO execution, supporting invoicing and payment processing activities, tracking budget utilization and cash flow, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple internal systems including Buganizer, BuyingHub, Ariba, eBuilder, and related platforms.
Beyond operational execution, this role will play a key part in the organization's governance and process improvement initiatives. The analyst will review contract and workflow data within Buganizer and other systems to identify trends, bottlenecks, operational gaps, and opportunities for increased efficiency. This person will help develop reporting, improve workflow visibility, support process standardization efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the contracts lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong contract operations experience with a data-driven mindset and enjoys solving complex operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting contracts, procurement, invoicing, vendor management, operations, or governance functions
- Experience supporting purchase orders, contract administration, funding requests, budget tracking, or financial operations
- Strong analytical experience working with operational, contract, financial, or workflow data
- Experience identifying trends, process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation
- Experience working within ticketing, workflow, or project management systems
- Exposure to tools such as PMT, SIMBA, BuyingHub, Ariba, Buganizer, eBuilder, or similar enterprise platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across global teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive issues to resolution
- Experience creating dashboards, KPI reporting, or operational performance metrics
- Experience performing workflow analysis, root cause analysis, or business process improvement initiatives
- Experience leading, mentoring, or training team members
- Previous experience supporting large-scale data center, infrastructure, construction, or technology organizations
- Experience supporting governance programs or operational excellence initiatives
- Experience working in high-volume environments managing 30+ contract-related requests per week
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, procurement operations, and invoice-to-payment workflows
- Experience leveraging contract and workflow data to inform business decisions and operational improvements
