No prior cannabis cultivation experience required; previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus.

Minimum Education Required

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Employer-provided on-the-job training in cannabis cultivation, plant care, harvesting, sanitation, facility procedures, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, inventory procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Description

The Cultivation Technician will assist with daily cannabis cultivation operations, including plant care, watering, transplanting, pruning, harvesting, cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining cultivation areas. The employee will follow company standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and New Jersey cannabis regulations.

No prior cannabis cultivation experience is required. The company will provide hands-on, on-the-job training covering the items mentioned above.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring approximately 40 hours per week. Candidates must be dependable, able to follow detailed instructions, work as part of a team, and be comfortable performing physical tasks associated with an indoor cultivation facility.
