Theming Coordinator

Join us and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world. We’re seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and hard-working individuals in a wide variety of roles. What you get to do:
- Maintain, process and control confidential files and records
- Input large amounts of data
- Assist with material inventory process
- Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our guests
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and vehicles
- Attend leadership meetings and record notes
- Monitor Entertainment duty phone line and assist with Ambassador correspondence
- Upkeep documentation for Theming related orders, builds, installs and strikes
- Perform other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work indoors with or without AC for entire shift
- Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays
- Office experience and knowledge of the organization preferred
