How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
As a Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op, you will support the Strategy and PMO team in driving operational efficiency and technology improvements for Crew Resources. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, business process analysis, and technology implementation, working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with project coordination andsupport the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, including processmapping, documentation, and implementation activities.
-
Help organize and clarify businessrequirements for technology projects, collaborating with cross-functionalteams (IT, Finance, IFS, FOP, OCC, OAP, ODS, HR).

Contribute to the development andoptimization of business processes by identifying opportunities forautomation and improvement.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data tosupport project objectives and decision-making.
-
Prepare clear and concise reports,presentations, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights andproject findings to stakeholders at various levels.

Support the creation and maintenance ofKnowledge Management content (e.g., SOPs, Glossary of Terminology, teampages).
-
Participate in meetings, preparedocumentation, and help communicate project status and updates tostakeholders.

Apply analytical thinking andproblem-solving skills to support project goals and deliverables.

Promote safety-conscious behaviors inall operational processes and procedures.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
-
TheCo-op position requires a candidate to be enrolled as an undergraduate(sophomore or above) that has successfully completed a minimum of 30semester hours.

Musthave a minimum 2.5 GPA and be able to maintain the minimum GPA.

Workingas a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation.This position is intended to provide you with educational and professionalwork experience to prepare you for the workforce.

Thisposition requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannotactively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as aCo-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.

Studentsmust be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in linewith the schedule below:

Summer 2027 - 1st rotation

Spring 2028 - 2nd rotation

Fall 2028 - 3rd rotation

Currentlymust be enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relatedfield
