Técnico de Saneamiento

Ubicación: Bartlett, Illinois

Pago: $18.00 por hora

Turno: Tercer turno, de 9:00 p. m. a 6:00 a. m.

Horario: Lunes a sábado

Se requiere trabajar horas extra obligatorias

Únase a nuestro equipo como Técnico de Saneamiento y ayude a mantener una planta de producción de alimentos segura, limpia y en cumplimiento con las normas. Limpiará y desinfectará equipos, pisos, paredes y áreas de trabajo siguiendo estrictos estándares de USDA, FDA, del cliente y de la empresa.

Responsabilidades

• Limpiar y desinfectar las áreas y equipos de producción asignados.

• Desmontar y volver a ensamblar maquinaria para realizar una limpieza completa.

• Manipular productos químicos de manera segura y operar equipos de saneamiento.

• Inspeccionar los equipos y las áreas de trabajo antes de las inspecciones preoperativas.

• Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad, incluyendo Bloqueo/Etiquetado (Lockout/Tagout), PPE y HAZCOM.

• Completar las tareas de manera eficiente y comunicarse con supervisores y compañeros de trabajo.

• Apoyar al equipo y realizar tareas adicionales según sea necesario.

Requisitos

• Ser confiable, responsable y estar comprometido con la seguridad y el trabajo en equipo.

• Tener disposición para aprender y trabajar en un ambiente dinámico.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos nocturnos, fines de semana, días festivos y horas extra obligatorias.

• No se requiere experiencia previa; se proporciona capacitación práctica.

• La experiencia en saneamiento, limpieza industrial, procesamiento de alimentos o ser bilingüe en inglés/español es preferible, pero no obligatoria.

Requisitos Físicos

Debe poder permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse, arrodillarse, gatear, estirarse y levantar, empujar, halar o cargar hasta 50 libras. El trabajo puede realizarse en ambientes húmedos, calurosos, fríos y de congelación. Se requiere utilizar el equipo de protección personal correspondiente.
