Full job description

Leads the structuring and execution of complex deals across Cisco’s services portfolio, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs and delivery capabilities. Partners with sales, delivery, and pricing teams to scope, quote, and finalize high-value proposals, while utilizing AI tools to accelerate deal structuring, solution design, and stakeholder alignment. Applies technical and delivery expertise to validate solution feasibility, coordinate delivery expectations, and empower sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle. Acts as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring operational rigor in deal documentation and seamless handoff for execution. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to drive deal velocity, customer satisfaction, and support adoption and renewal opportunities.

What You'll Do

-Work on well-defined, low-complexity deal opportunities within a specific architecture or customer segment, focusing on quoting, pricing, and scoping under guidance. -Apply foundational knowledge of Cisco’s core offerings and service portfolio to assist with solution feasibility, quoting, and delivery planning. -Support solution design and execution readiness by leveraging standard automation tools, AI templates, and digitization frameworks. -Assist with quoting and scoping activities using standardized tools and contribute to internal discussions to ensure quality and accuracy in proposals. -Identify basic process optimization opportunities and support the adoption of digital tools to improve efficiency and customer outcomes. -Build expertise through mentorship, exposure to standard opportunities, and engagement in team learning initiatives. -Share learnings and best practices with peers to support consistency, continuous improvement, and team credibility. -Collaborate within the immediate team and with adjacent functions to support proposal development, ensuring alignment with Cisco messaging and internal standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience Professional-level certification (e.g., CCNP) or equivalent relevant certification expected
