Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Rx NPI coverage across the portfolio. Owns end-to-end program readiness for displayless, display and VR Rx NPIs. Builds the workback to the actual path for each, not a shared default.
- Rx gates inside the NPI workback. Owns the Rx-specific gates and their long lead times: Rx availability and assortment lock at GTM milestones for end-to-end enablement.
- Rx Affiliate model program ownership. Drives the affiliate model that enables Rx in partner channels end to end: partner onboarding to the affiliate platform, in-store and online link placement, commercial terms and attribution, and the reporting that shows whether Rx actually attached.
- Workback buildout. Accountable for building the workback schedule for their program inline with the standardized template, so we're not recreating the wheel program to program. Golden Milestones are designated where the risk actually concentrates for that program, not where the template defaults.
- Named DRIs, no floating owners. Every milestone in the workback carries a named owner who knows they own it. Where ownership is unclear, the PM drives it to resolution. Where no one will take it, the PM either takes it or gets it in front of someone who can decide, within days. Nothing sits unowned.
- Active milestone management. Accountable for driving each milestone to land on time, whether that's connecting with the owner to ensure it's being developed, or actively building the supporting processes that underpin it (w/ fellow DRIs) to move the core bodies of work forward.
- Critical path ownership. Critical path milestones are the PM's direct responsibility, ensuring everything that needs to happen is happening, including unblocking, communicating, and active troubleshooting to land them on time.
- Open decisions. Maintains a live list of the decisions the program is waiting on, each with an owner and a by-when, and chases them weekly. A program stalls on unmade decisions long before it stalls on late work.
- Dependency & risk management. Maintains a live view of dependencies and surfaces risk before a milestone slips, not after. Pairs every risk with a mitigation path & owner, and stays on it until the mitigation has actually worked. The flag is not the deliverable, the solve is.
- Risk flagging & escalation. When something is late or at risk, flags it, decides what warrants escalation, and takes that escalation path through their GTM program, both within Sales and cross-functionally. Escalations arrive with options, a recommendation, and what each one costs, not just the problem. When something is 2+ weeks late, the PM owns the why and has a solve already in motion.
- Strategic reviews & stakeholder engagement. Actively drives the key strategic reviews needed to ensure the right conversations are happening with the right stakeholders at the right moments, including leadership reviews & shareouts.
- Operating cadence & decision log. Runs a predictable ROB for the program (cadence, agenda, pre-reads) and captures decisions + rationale so they don't get re-litigated.If existing meetings are happening as key forums, plugs in and ensures readiness to share out key pieces of information to keep the program moving forward and on track.
- Change management of the workback. Owns change management so the workback always reflects the SSOT on timelines. Changes are versioned and communicated, not silently absorbed.
- Status comms & loop closure. Communicates status clearly & concisely at the right altitude for the audience. Does NOT just report status, actively drives loop closure to keep things on track, and gets them back on the rails when they're off. Says "this will miss" as soon as it's true, including when there's pressure not to. The artifact gets reconciled to reality, never the reverse.
- Picks up execution tactics as needed to ensure core bodies of work & execution moments happen on time.
- Cross-program awareness. Understands where their program collides with others, shared owners, shared moments, shared resources, and surfaces conflicts early rather than optimizing their program in isolation.
- Retro & template improvement. Runs a debrief at program close, captures what broke & what worked, and measures how the program actually landed against what was forecast. Improvements feed back into the standardized template & mechanisms.
