Job Duties
Starting pay: $20/hour. Pay increases based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize the shop and warehouse Perform general shop maintenance and upkeep Manage inventory, tools, and equipment Load, unload, and move materials as needed Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and efficient Support operational and logistics needs across the business Assist with vehicle and equipment monitoring and basic maintenance
Qualifications
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong organizational skills Mechanical aptitude is a plus Forklift, warehouse, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Demands:
This position requires working in a warehouse, shop, and outdoor environment, with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling tools, equipment, and materials. The employee must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and may operate warehouse equipment and vehicles.
