What You'll Do

  • Drive timely identification and escalation of refrigeration process-safety risks to prevent incidents and unplanned downtime
  • Audit PSM-critical maintenance and refrigerant handling practices to reduce compliance gaps and improve system integrity
  • Ensure accurate tagging and traceable records for regulated refrigeration assets to enable audit-ready compliance and faster issue resolution
  • Deliver weekly PSM/RMP action-item status and owner follow-ups to improve on-time closure and reduce repeat findings
  • Lead monthly facility PSM reviews with clear decisions and next steps to accelerate closure of open actions and remove blockers
  • Validate completion of required PSM/RMP training and emergency drills with documented evidence to strengthen emergency readiness
  • Verify OSHA PSM and RAGAGEP alignment and close identified deviations to lower regulatory and safety risk
  • Confirm contractor onboarding and PSM-required documentation before work starts to prevent non-compliant work and reduce exposure
  • Drive mechanical integrity follow-up, PHA recommendation closure, and PSSR documentation to ensure safe, compliant project startups
  • Analyze work order data, draw conclusions, and communicate trends to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience industrial refrigeration maintenance
  • Ability to quickly build credibility, influence, and make recommendations with leadership and/or across business units
  • Experience analyzing & interpreting data
