Full job description

Mission We’re seeking a daring operator to join us as a Founders’ Associate Intern in Berlin. In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy as we build one of the Europe’s most ambitious bike-repair ventures.

Acting as the essential bridge between our workshop, operations, and product efforts, you’ll help launch and shape our daily processes while leading key business development initiatives.

You’ll gain hands-on experience building a startup from the ground up alongside founders with deep passion and expertise in cycling, repair, and urban mobility.

Your focus

  • GTM: Actively collaborate on defining our go-to-market strategy and how to execute it. Together with the CEO, you will analyse market trends in the bike repair & mobility space, conduct competitor research, and help set up our operational backbone — placing you right at the heart of our company.
  • Business Development: Drive our business development initiatives end-to-end: from research to strategic resource planning to launching new service offerings and partnerships.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead various strategic initiatives to ramp up operations and ensure that our workshop, customer experience, and service processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Your profile

  • Experience in fast-paced organisations:You’ve worked in high-impact roles across strategy, consulting, startups, or similarly dynamic settings — demonstrating adaptability and a strong drive for results.
  • Initiative-taking: You thrive in ambiguity, take full ownership of challenges, and navigate creatively toward effective solutions.
  • Eagerness and Analytical: Changing tasks excite you. You think logically, break down complex problems, and adapt quickly in your day-to-day work.

The process

  • Introductory Call | 30 Minutes
  • Case Study & Get to Know | 60 Minutes
  • Meet the Team | 30 Minutes
  • Offer & Joining

Our offer

  • Make a real impact: Urban mobility is evolving — and accessible, reliable bike repair is key to that shift. Help shape how riders experience repair services and how we can operate more efficiently, rider-first, and sustainably.
  • Competitive compensation: We offer competitive pay and the perks you need to do your best work.
  • Flexible working hours: We value progress over presence. We keep meetings minimal and focus on making the most of everyone’s time.
  • Tools: We equip you with everything you need — from digital tools to hands-on workshop equipment — to excel in your role.

Questions? Even if you don’t tick every box but are motivated and excited to work with us, we strongly encourage you to apply.
