Job Title: Sales Manager

The Role We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to drive revenue and lead a tight-knit sales team of up to two representatives. You will balance your own active sales pipeline with mentoring your small team, focusing on delivering high-quality signage solutions to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, actively driving your own revenue.

• Direct, train, and support a small team (1-2 sales representatives maximum) to help them achieve their targets.

• Work directly with clients to assess their visual needs, utilizing Adobe Illustrator to review, adjust, or mock up design files.

• Develop effective sales strategies to grow our customer base and maximize your uncapped commission potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals (Required).

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator to handle design files and client proofs (Required).

• Previous sales or operational experience within the signage industry (Highly Preferred).

• Capable leadership skills suited for a small, focused environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $41,600 per year

• Commission: Uncapped. Your earning potential is driven entirely by your own sales performance and your team's success.
