Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. SCM/Materials Management coordinator for a premier oil and gas client located in downtown Houston. This person will be responsible for ensuring accurate material accountability, inventory integrity, and supply chain governance across global offshore drilling and completion campaigns. He/she must have expertise in inventory control, warehouse operations, drilling logistics, freight oversight, customs compliance, and ERP-based materials management. Must be willing to work onsite in downtown Houston Monday through Thursday.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations supporting complex industrial environments

Deep expertise in ERP-based inventory management systems, with JD Edwards experience strongly preferred

Offshore oil & gas industry experience; Exploration drilling campaign experience.

Experience coordinating global material movements, freight logistics, customs activities, and international supply chains.

Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across operations, logistics, suppliers, and supply chain teams Experience supporting global or remote operations

Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
