Full job description
Our client, Financial Services is seeking a Genesys IVR Developer (NJ) to join their team. As a Genesys IVR Developer (NJ), you will be part of the Engineering team supporting customer self-service and next-generation contact center experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, hands-on Genesys IVR development experience, and the ability to present clearly to senior business leaders, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support IVR, voice, and related chat solutions in a cloud environment while following established engineering and quality best practices.

Partner with business and technology teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Build and evolve AI-powered contact center capabilities, including conversational voice and chat solutions, intelligent automation, and virtual assistant technologies.

Translate business requirements into technical logic and reporting solutions, including data mapping, business rules documentation, and report validation.

Troubleshoot data issues, performance issues, and reporting discrepancies to maintain reliable customer self-service experiences.
What's Needed?
-
5+ years of Genesys IVR development experience and strong depth across IVR and Genesys technologies.

Strong SQL proficiency, including joins, aggregations, and optimization, plus experience validating datasets and analytical outputs using large volumes of data.

Strong AI skills, including experience using MS Copilot for data extraction, transformation, reporting, and analysis.

Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, voice bots, and cloud-based contact center platforms (contact center technologies experience required; financial services experience is a plus).

Comfort presenting to business leaders, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
