Job Description
Our client is seeking a Product Adoption & Training Coordinator to support the rollout and user adoption of new internal business applications, including AI-enabled tools. This role will work closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and end users to help ensure employees are trained, supported, and successfully using new systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys training, communication, operations, and technology enablement. Responsibilities Assist with user onboarding and training for new software and business tools. Support end users during product launches by answering questions and escalating issues when necessary. Coordinate training sessions, office hours, and educational materials. Track adoption metrics and user feedback. Document common issues, FAQs, and process guides. Partner with Product, HR, and Operations teams to improve the user experience. Maintain training records, communications, and support documentation. Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal processes.
Skills and Requirements
-1-3 years of experience in operations, training, customer support, project coordination, business analysis, or a related field. -Strong communication and organizational skills. -Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. -Comfortable learning new technology platforms. -Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or other business applications. -Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. -Exposure to AI tools or technology implementations. -Experience supporting software rollouts or organizational change initiatives. -Salesforce, ERP, PeopleSoft, or LMS experience. -Experience creating training materials or conducting user training.
