Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) (http://www.cae.com/civil-aviation/locations/cae-vienna/) as a Customer Services Representative, where you'll be part of our global Business Aviation Training team.

We have recently opened our newest business aviation training centre in Vienna, Austria. Be part of a growing team supporting world-class training operations. CAE currently operates six state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators in Vienna, including the Global 7500, Global 6000, Challenger 350, PC-24, Phenom 100, and Phenom 300. The 8,000-square-metre facility has capacity for future expansion and is purpose-built to deliver advanced pilot training in Central Europe.

The role we are offering you

The Customer Services Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the Training Centre. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, the CSR works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and visitors to the Training Centre, ensuring registration and security procedures are followed.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and visitors throughout their time at the Training Centre.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer service expectations are consistently met.

  • Support the resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

  • Perform administrative duties that support customers throughout the training process.

  • Assist with customer surveys, including encouraging participation and supporting data collection and reporting.

  • Manage stock levels and ordering of CAE-branded merchandise for the Training Centre.

  • Support customer events and other Training Centre activities.

  • Perform reception and front desk duties.

  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Carry out other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organized with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.

  • Ability to maintain a customer-focused approach under pressure.

  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working onsite full-time.

  • Availability to support early morning start times.

Preferred Qualifications

  • German language skills.

  • Previous experience in aviation and/or operational environments.

  • Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, customer service, administration, or training centre environments.

  • Experience within the aviation industry and/or flight simulation environment.

  • Experience supporting customers in an international or multicultural environment.
