Schedule: Full-Time 7-on/7-off rotation
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000.00
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000.00
CME allowance: $4,000.00

How you’ll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Physician to join a team supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team supported by 24/7 nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, and Education Specialists

Enjoy a balanced inpatient schedule with a 7-on/7-off rotation (7:00 a.m. â 7:00 p.m.)
-
Provide care on a 17-bed inpatient behavioral health unit serving adolescents (ages 5â18), with an average daily census of 11 patients and typical length of stay of 5â7 days, focused on acute crisis stabilization for conditions including suicidal/homicidal ideation, psychosis, and other safety concerns

Serving a surrounding population of 230,000

Employed position within a nonprofit health system

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Eligible for state medical license and DEA registration

Evaluate and treat patients using appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic skills while ensuring accurate, timely documentation that meets payer requirements and supports appeals for denied services.

Accept and manage inpatient referrals, serving as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physicians as needed, while actively contributing to initiatives that enhance quality of care and cost-effectiveness.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

One or more of the following required:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
-
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
