As we continue to grow our Japan team, we are seeking an Executive, Competition to join our team. We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about martial arts and sports and are excited to work directly with athletes while supporting events in Japan and internationally.

【コンペティション(アスリート担当)|Executive, Competition|ONE Championship Japan】 グローバルのCompetitionチームおよび社内の関連チームと連携し、日本国内および海外で開催される大会における選手関連業務全般を担当するポジションです。

Working closely with the global Competition team and relevant internal teams, this role will be responsible for athlete-related operations for events held both in Japan and internationally.

主な業務内容・Job Responsibilities

  • グローバルCompetitionチームとの連携、および日本国内・海外で開催される大会における選手関連業務全般

  • 選手、コーチおよびマネージャーとの直接連絡、およびメディカル関連要件、各種アクティビティのスケジュール、スポンサー申請書、試合契約書、その他必要な情報・書類など、大会に必要な選手関連事項の調整

  • 選手および大会オフィシャルに必要な各種書類の準備・確認

  • 医療部門責任者、医療パートナーおよび指定病院と連携した、メディカルチェック、検査結果およびメディカルサスペンションへの対応

  • 選手データベースおよび各部門で使用する関連データベースにおける、選手情報およびメディカルサスペンション情報の毎週の更新・管理

  • 契約選手、コーチおよびマネージャーとの信頼関係の構築・維持

  • Production、Social Media、Creative、Financeなど社内関連部門との大会週における選手関連要件の調整、および大会週の基本スケジュール・必要な選手情報の関連部署への共有

  • 大会週に選手をサポートする選手対応担当者の選定・管理

  • 選手および大会関係者の移動要件のTravelチームへの共有、および大会週における移動・車両運行の管理

  • 日本国内で開催される大会の準備・運営業務のサポート、およびその他必要に応じた業務

  • Oversee all athlete matters for events held in Japan and internationally, together with the global Competition team where required.

  • Liaise directly with athletes, coaches, and managers to coordinate all athlete requirements for events, including medical requirements, scheduling of activities, sponsorship forms, bout agreements, and other required information and documentation.

  • Take charge of the preparation and review of all required paperwork for both athletes and officials.

  • Work closely with the Head of Medical, medical partners, and designated hospitals on medical tests, results, and medical suspensions.

  • Maintain weekly athlete records and medical suspension information in the athletes' database and other inter-department databases.

  • Build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with signed athletes, their coaches, and managers.

  • Coordinate with Production, Social Media, Creative, Finance, and other relevant internal teams on athlete requirements for event week, and send out the core event week schedule and required athlete information to all relevant departments.

  • Take charge of the appointment and management of liaison officers for athletes during event week.

  • Update the Travel team on all transport requirements and oversee that transport during event week is running as per schedule.

  • Support the preparation and operations of events held in Japan, as well as other ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Microsoft Office、特にExcelおよびWordを使いこなせる方

  • 論理的思考力および問題解決能力をお持ちの方

  • 自ら主体的に行動でき、業務を整理しながら積極的に進められる方

  • 格闘技および/またはスポーツへの強い関心がある方歓迎

  • 大会スケジュールに応じて、大会週を含め柔軟に勤務できる方

  • 日本での就労資格をお持ちの方

  • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferably with previous experience in the aviation, medical, and/or outdoor event management industry.

  • Resilient with a strong work ethic to respond professionally in stressful and difficult situations.

  • Highly motivated and driven to complete tasks within a tight timeline.

  • Meticulous with high attention to detail and a standard of excellence.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

  • Exhibit sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter with good organisational skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Strong interest in the Martial Arts and/or Sports scene will be a bonus.

  • Flexibility to work according to event schedules, including during event weeks where required.

  • Must have valid authorization to work in Japan.
