Standard Job Description

You will be the Financial Management Mgr for the Financial Management team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Mgr you will be responsible for leading a group of analysts who perform multiple finance activities, establishing performance‑management budgeting and forecasting, integrating data from various systems, and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk‑opportunity assessments.

  • Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC) for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.

  • Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to inform strategy.

  • Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, and US GAAP policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal support and negotiations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Manage and lead an expanding team of program finance analysts for the FCR, TSS and VBK programs in the Rotary Wing Sensor mission area

  • Oversee and ensure the preparation of Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and providing deliverables to FP&A

  • Support the development and maintenance of the Long Range Plan and support to program area business cases

  • Establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile costs, manage program funding requirements, conduct cost analysis, and develop variance explanation

  • Interact with various RWS program and financial management personnel, ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures

Desired Skills

  • Proven effective analytical skills

  • Experience with financial tools including Cobra, Oracle, S4H and processes

  • Experience presenting financial briefs to executive leadership

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace dynamic environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
