Job Description

The Associate, Business Development & Marketing Programs, supports the day-to-day coordination, research, reporting, and materials management needed to help Business Development and Marketing teams work effectively together. This role is a strong fit for an early-career professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and systems, and interested in learning how business development and marketing support growth in a relationship-driven wealth management firm.

Skills and Requirements

0-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, client service, operations, or administrative support; financial services or professional services experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and comfort maintaining accurate information in systems such as Salesforce or another CRM.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Clear written communication skills, including comfort drafting professional emails, meeting notes, brief summaries, and basic reports.

Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and recurring reports; ability to identify inconsistencies and ask good questions.

Professionalism and discretion when working with sensitive client, prospect, and firm information.

Curiosity about business development, marketing, and relationship management in wealth management.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools is a plus.
