Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented WisDOT Construction Project Leader to oversee the execution of WisDOT construction projects and assist with client management activities. You will play a significant role on Foth’s WisDOT team as a valued leader and contributor to our team’s success. This position will be based out of Milwaukee, Madison, or Green Bay WI.
Primary Responsibilities:

Perform as Project Leader on Foth’s WisDOT construction team

Work directly with WisDOT project managers throughout the project life-cycle to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are successfully achieved

Represent Foth Infrastructure Solutions in annual WisDOT Construction Fair interviews

Assist in the development of Notice of Interest (NOI) on construction fair packages

Support business development efforts by strengthening and expanding Foth’s relationships with WisDOT

Mentor, support and train field personnel on WisDOT construction processes and standards
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent technical experience
-
5+ years of construction management/administration experience on state, federal and/or municipal infrastructure projects (i.e. transportation, utilities, bridge, etc.)

Proven ability to follow WisDOT construction processes as a project leader

Highway Technician Certification Program (HTCP) WisDOT Certifications
Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of construction management experience

Licensed Professional Engineer
