Job Description

This role leads and develops a team of technicians responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting services at customer sites. This role oversees field scheduling, resource allocation, safety compliance, technician performance, and customer satisfaction while providing technical guidance and resolving escalated service issues. The supervisor partners with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and achievement of business goals.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field service, including troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, or repairing lift, automotive service, fluid handling, lubrication, or related equipment.
  • 1 year of experience leading, training, or mentoring technicians in a field service or installation environment.
  • 1 year of experience working directly with customers in a field service environment.
  • History prioritizing multiple projects and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multi-discipline service schedules, labor planning, and field operations
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and service operations metrics
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems
  • Advanced lift, ES, or manufacturer-specific technical certifications and training
