Technical Program Manager

Description

We are seeking a strong, execution-driven Technical Program Manager who brings both technical depth and delivery leadership to support cybersecurity, data, and AI-driven initiatives.

This role requires someone who is proactive, confident, and not afraid to engage deeply, with the ability to drive outcomes, influence stakeholders, and tell compelling stories through data and reporting. You will operate across Agile delivery, vendor management, and data strategy initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

1. 10+ years of true project management experience

2. Strong technical acumen (must-have)- Understands data, AI/security concepts, and engineering workflows well enough to engage and guide delivery

3. Proven ability to drive work through Agile/SDLCnot just track, but push teams to execution

4. Can clearly translate complex technical/data topics into compelling, polished presentations- This is very important, they are coming in to showcase the work that is getting done to the executives so need experience here

5. Not a passive coordinatorpushes work forward, challenges, and takes ownership. Need experience working in a complicated and fast paced environment

6. Experience working with vendors, managing engagements, and driving outcomes (incl. contracts exposure)

7. Familiarity with data initiatives, data platforms, or data governance (core to majority of work)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
