Full job description

The Esports Technical Specialist provides support and consultation to assure the smooth and efficient operation of technology in the Student Experience recreation and competitive Esports facilities. The Esports Technical Specialist will provide technical support and troubleshooting for gamers in the competitive gaming world and will administer and maintain systems related to esports labs. They are responsible for resolving issues related to hardware, software, internet connectivity, and other technical aspects of gaming, using an in-depth knowledge of divisional systems and gaming technologies.
