Full job description

As a key member of the Online Travel Agency (OTA) Team, you will act as a coordinator between business stakeholders (Business Unit, Product Executive, Partner Management) and technical teams. You will be responsible for analyzing complex travel business requirements such as: booking engines, flight and accommodation inventory management, ustomer loyalty programs,... designing and consulting scalable system solutions.   • Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications (SRS, FRS, PRD);
  • Research marketplace trends, industry best practices, and vendor products/services to recommend optimal solutions and technologies;
  • Design technical diagrams, including Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, State Diagrams, and ERDs, to define system behavior;
  • Act as the primary bridge between Business and Dev/UI-UX teams to clarify logic, API specifications, and system constraints;
  • Review Test Cases, support UAT, and ensure that the final product aligns with initial requirements;
  • Create user manuals and conduct training sessions for new system features or procedural changes.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 2+ years experience as Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst;
  • Strong documentation, analysis, and presentation skills;
  • Proficient in UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, State, Sequence) and ERD;
  • Data-driven, with experience in SQL and data modeling;
  • Experience in fintech or transaction-based systems is a strong advantage;
  • Experience in OTA, e-commerce, or platform products is a plus;
  • Proactive, fast learner, able to work in a dynamic environment.
