You've mastered TIG welding. Now it's time to turn that skill into something even bigger.
We're looking for experienced TIG Welders who want to break out of the ordinary fabrication environment and learn the high-demand craft of industrial brazing . This isn't production welding on repetitive parts. You'll be working on large-scale HVAC, chiller, and industrial piping systems that require precision, craftsmanship, and technical expertise.

What You'll Be Working On
You'll help build and assemble industrial cooling and HVAC systems by joining copper and steel piping ranging from 1" to 4" in diameter. Using your welding knowledge as a foundation, you'll be trained in industrial brazing techniques while working alongside experienced professionals.
Daily responsibilities include:

Brazing copper and steel piping for industrial HVAC and chiller applications.

Reading blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings.

Performing pipe fit-up, alignment, and joint preparation.

Installing valves, compressors, fittings, coils, and related components.

Conducting leak and pressure testing on completed assemblies.

Maintaining high-quality workmanship while meeting production goals.

Following safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For
Required:

TIG welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, pipefitting, or industrial settings.

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
