Full job description

AI is transforming engineering by accelerating simulation, improving design, and enabling real-time digital twins. We at NVIDIA power this shift through accelerated computing, PhysicsNeMo, AI models, and a broad ecosystem of engineering software and technology partners. In this leadership role, you will shape NVIDIA’s AI Physics strategy, build the market, and accelerate adoption across EMEA. Join us to redefine how the world’s most complex products and systems are designed!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the Strategy: Turn NVIDIA’s global AI Physics vision into focused regional plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

  • Drive Market Growth: Accelerate adoption across automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, semiconductors, climate, and other engineering-intensive industries.

  • Build Executive Relationships: Engage senior engineering, R&D, technology, and business leaders, positioning NVIDIA as a strategic AI Physics partner.

  • Develop the Ecosystem: Collaborate with engineering software companies, cloud providers, system integrators, research organizations, and consulting partners.

  • Create New Opportunities: Identify high-value use cases, build strategic opportunities, and grow a strong regional pipeline.

  • Accelerate Customer Success: Help organizations move from experimentation to production and demonstrate measurable engineering and business value.

  • Shape NVIDIA’s Direction: Bring market insights and customer feedback to product, engineering, marketing, and business teams.

What we need to see:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, applied mathematics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of experience in AI, engineering simulation, scientific computing, accelerated computing, enterprise technology, or business development.

  • Proven success building new markets, developing strategic opportunities, and delivering sustained business growth.

  • Strong understanding of AI Physics, scientific machine learning, engineering simulation, digital twins, HPC, or computer-aided engineering.

  • Experience engaging engineering software providers, industrial customers, cloud providers, research institutions, and technology partners.

  • A record of building trusted relationships with senior technical and business decision-makers.

  • Outstanding strategic, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo, CUDA-X, Omniverse, AI surrogate models, or physics-informed machine learning.

  • Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics, structural mechanics, electromagnetics, weather and climate modeling, or other simulation domains.

  • Strong relationships across the EMEA engineering software, industrial, research, and HPC ecosystems.

  • Success taking emerging AI or simulation technologies from early adoption to scaled production.
