Manufacturing Engineer

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Manufacturing Engineer supporting turbine generator production, you will provide daily technical support to the manufacturing processes used to produce stator coil components. Your day involves partnering with production and maintenance teams to improve safety, enhance quality, reduce cycle times, and lower manufacturing costs. You’ll troubleshoot process equipment, design and procure tooling, and evaluate opportunities for new equipment and advanced manufacturing methods. Your work directly contributes to operational excellence, competitiveness, and the continuous improvement culture at Siemens Energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensuremanufacturing processes comply with all safety regulations and support asafe working environment.

• Provideday‑to‑day technical support for stator coil manufacturing, resolvingprocess and equipment issues.

• Develop,optimize, and document manufacturing processes to improve productivity,quality, and cost efficiency.

• Collaboratewith design, production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to integrateprocesses and resolve operational challenges.

• Design,procure, and implement tooling and equipment needed to supportmanufacturing operations.

• Identifyand champion innovative manufacturing methods that enhance competitivenessand challenge the status quo.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’sdegree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum3 years of experience with manufacturing tools, technologies, projectplanning, and process optimization is preferred.

• Proficiencyin 3D CAD software and Microsoft Office, with strong organizational andinterpersonal skills is preferred.

• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with adaptability in dynamic workenvironments.

• Strongtroubleshooting abilities, ideally supported by experience in amanufacturing environment.

• Abilityto work collaboratively across departments and contribute to continuousimprovement initiatives.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
