Do you want to work for major brands in a dynamic and innovative media agency?

We are looking for an experienced people manager to lead our media activation team and help shape the way we activate campaigns across both offline and online media.

This is a new role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to build and develop a team while working at the intersection of media, data, technology and activation.

Your role as a team manager activation

As a real people manager, you will lead a team of up to 8 media and analytics professionals. You will be responsible for creating the right environment for your team to perform, develop their expertise and deliver high-quality media activation.

The role has a strong cross-media focus, covering both offline and digital channels, with a particular emphasis on video.

What Will Your Mission Look Like?

• Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 8 people, with a strong focus on engagement, growth and performance.

• Set priorities and manage the team's workload and capacity across multiple projects and campaigns.

• Oversee the planning and organisation of processes, workflows and timesheets.

• Drive collaboration between different media disciplines, bringing offline and online activation together.

• Help further develop our approach to cross-media activation, with a particular focus on video.

Your Profile

You are an experienced people manager who combines strong leadership skills with a solid understanding of the media landscape.

You don't necessarily need to be the deepest technical expert in every area, but you understand how media activation works and enjoy working with analytical and data-driven professionals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience managing and developing a team.

• Has experience in media, media activation, advertising, analytics or a related environment.

• Is organized, solution and process oriented

• Has a strong interest in video and digital media.

• Can balance people management with operational responsibility.

• Is fluent in Dutch and English OR French and English.
