Full job description

Advantive is building an AI-first commercial organization. This role is the operational backbone for a portfolio of Business Units, the person GMs turn to for the truth about their business, not just a report on it. You'll report to the VP of Revenue Operations, lead the GM Strategy & Performance organization, and sit at the intersection of forecasting, executive reporting, and cross-functional execution. This is not a traditional operations role.

What You'll Own

  • Own the weekly operating cadence for your Business Units: bookings, pipeline, forecast, productivity, strategic priorities, inspected on a rhythm GMs can set their clock to.

  • Be the operational business partner GMs actually want in the room, building the business narrative, calling out risk before it's a surprise, and holding the org accountable for execution.

  • Lead the GM Strategy & Performance team, Senior RevOps Analysts, the Strategic Projects Program Manager, and the Partner Program Manager, coaching them into people GMs trust.

  • Own Strategic Projects and Partner Programs, keeping every initiative tied to a business priority and a measurable outcome, not a status update.

  • Build the executive reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that make commercial performance visible before it becomes a problem.

  • Build the forecasting models and scenario plans that make the number defensible, not just a guess dressed up in a spreadsheet.

  • Drive execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Business Systems, and Professional Services, without needing direct authority over any of them.

  • Find the bottlenecks nobody's fixed yet and build the process that makes them go away for good.

  • Stand up the operating plans, milestones, and tracking that make acquisition integrations and major transformations land on time.

  • Use AI to do the analysis nobody has time to do manually: forecasting, recurring reporting, surfacing what's actually happening in the business.

What Success Looks Like

  • GMs trust the forecast, and the forecast holds up. Bookings, pipeline, and productivity numbers stop being a monthly surprise.

  • The weekly operating cadence runs itself. GMs show up prepared because the reporting is already in their hands.

  • Strategic Projects and Partner Programs deliver measurable business impact, not just activity.

  • Acquisition integrations and transformation initiatives hit their milestones, tracked and visible the whole way through.

  • Your team grows into people GMs specifically ask for.

  • AI is doing the recurring analysis, forecasting, and reporting work that used to eat the team's week.

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, FP&A, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years leading a high-performing analytical or operational team.

  • You've built executive forecasting processes and operating cadences from scratch, not just maintained ones someone else designed.

  • You've partnered directly with executive leadership to move business performance, and you can prove it.

  • Advanced Salesforce and advanced Excel/financial modeling are table stakes for you, not a stretch.

  • You communicate and present at an executive level: analytical storytelling, not just analysis.

  • You've operated inside a private equity-backed SaaS environment and know what that pace and scrutiny actually feels like.

  • MBA or equivalent experience, Power BI/Tableau, acquisition integration experience, and AI-powered analytics or workflow automation experience are all a plus.
