Full job description
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team. As a Product Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality control, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: Erie, PA
Pay Range: $18-$23 based off experience
Shift: 7a-7p or 7p-7a
What's the Job?
-
Evaluate production parts to customer specifications and quality standards to ensure product conformity.

Complete final audit inspections and properly document product status.

Measure Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) dimensions using various metrology equipment and inspection techniques.

Audit production parts from injection molding machines for visual defects during production and after packaging.

Communicate quality concerns to the Quality Supervisor and support defect analysis with photographs and reports.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform measurements accurately.
