Adecco is partnering with a leading textile manufacturer to hire Jacquard Weavers for a temp-to-hire opportunity. What You'll Do:

Operate Jacquard weaving machines to produce high-quality textile products

Inspect materials throughout the shift and identify defects or quality concerns

Monitor yarn flow and machine performance to ensure production standards are met

Record production output, downtime, and quality information accurately

Assist with machine setup, creeling, doffing, and style changes as needed

Maintain continuous production flow by supporting team operations

Perform housekeeping, machine cleaning, and end-of-shift procedures

Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Report production, quality, or safety issues promptly

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Textile or Jacquard weaving experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup procedures

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing setting

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
