We are looking for Compassionate Care Partners to support seniors in Rio Vista, including the Trilogy Retirement Community. This is more than a caregiving job. It’s sharing a conversation over breakfast. Helping someone get ready for their day. Taking a senior to an appointment or favorite activity. Offering a reassuring smile when they need one. And being a familiar, dependable person they look forward to seeing. If that sounds like the kind of difference you want to make, we would love to meet you. The Care You’ll Provide Our Care Partners help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Your day may include: * Personal care and assistance with ADLs * Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance * Companionship and meaningful conversation * Meal preparation * Light housekeeping * Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities * Encouragement and emotional support * Helping seniors maintain their routines and independence Sometimes the smallest moments mean the most. A warm meal. A listening ear. A helping hand. A little laughter. PAY, SUPPORT & OPPORTUNITY Level III starting pay: $19.00 per hour * Incentives for Commuters * Opportunities for raises at your 90-day review and annual reviews. * Training and ongoing guidance to strengthen your caregiving skills. * Access to our 24-hour office for support. * Assignments based on client needs, your availability, and your qualifications.
