We're looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. We provide high-quality virtual mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults, making care more accessible to families across the state. If you're passionate about working with youth, value work-life balance, and want to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team, we'd love to meet you! 🌟 What You'll Do You'll provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Michigan. Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST), with weekend availability welcomed. You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing. Your day-to-day includes: 🩺 Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments 📝 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans 💻 Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth 🤝 Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators 📋 Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) 👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care 💰 Competitive Compensation + Monthly Bonus Potential We believe clinicians should have the opportunity to earn competitive compensation while maintaining the flexibility of part-time practice.
