Job Description
Our engineering software client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its Optimizely ecosystem. This role serves as the bridge between marketing, design, and engineering teams, ensuring digital platforms are scalable, performant, and capable of supporting aggressive growth objectives. The successful candidate will drive platform enhancements, backlog prioritization, and agile delivery while supporting both experimentation and discoverability initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring strong technical acumen and executive-level stakeholder management.
Skills and Requirements
8+ years of digital product management experience 3+ years owning enterprise CMS and experimentation platforms Deep expertise with Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation Experience supporting large-scale B2B marketing websites Recent experience working on an inhouse team (not agency only work) Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and modern front-end technologies Experience managing Agile product delivery using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills Knowledge of CRO and SEO best practices Experience leading CMS modernization initiatives Familiarity with React-based web environments
