As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping deliver critical infrastructure and transmission projects that keep our system reliable and affordable.

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities to keep work on track.

  • Assist in preparing project proposals, reports, and financial tracking materials.

  • Monitor project progress and schedules, identify risks or issues, and help drive solutions.

  • Support development and continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional project teams.

  • Organize meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure key deliverables are met.

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for candidates who possess the following skills and traits:

  • Associate degree (or higher) in Business, Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience supporting or coordinating projects, contracts, or financial tracking

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Experience with project management tools or data visualization platforms is a plus

  • Knowledge of project budgeting, tracking, and reporting is highly valued

  • The expected base compensation for this role is $54,000 - $72,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
