Help Desk/ Service Desk Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is currently looking for a Service Desk Specialist for a top banking client in the Des Moines area. This person will be responsible for monitoring and filling tickets for the company including hardware and software requests. The hourly pay rate for this role is between $20-30/hr.

Skills and Requirements

5-10yrs of helpdesk/service desk M365 - word, Windows 11 Any ticketing system: ServiceNow or Jira, etc. Strong personality & communication - social, able to talk to employees across the organization, confident, willing to go Google something, go learn it if they don't know it Azure Active Directory
