Job Description

Join a growing team driving high-impact federal construction projects from the ground up. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting project execution by coordinating with subcontractors, managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining critical project documentation. You'll also play a key role in procurement activities, helping ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and moving forward successfully.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Assist with scheduling and project documentation.

• Involve in procurement processes.

Essential Skills

• Experience in scheduling, project management, and project coordination.

• Proficiency in managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Subcontractor management and scheduling expertise.

• Experience in federal construction projects related to DoD, USACE, Air Force, NAVFAC, or similar.

• Proficiency in software such as RMS, Procore, and Primavera P6.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Estimating experience.

• Experience with Edwards AFB or military base projects.

• Cost tracking and forecasting skills.

• Project closeout experience.

• OSHA 30 certification.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

• Experience managing multiple projects.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite at Edwards AFB with a typical schedule of MondayThursday, 6:00 AM4:00 PM. The work environment is fast-paced and compliance-heavy, focusing on federal construction. This is a Permanent position based out of Edwards Air Force Base, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
