Introduction
At IBM, work is more than a job - it's a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you've never thought possible. Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world's most challenging problems? If so, lets talk.
Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Architect to lead the integration of the Cognitus Flowdown solution with SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS). In this role, you will design and implement the logic that allows flowdown requirements to drive the prioritization of order scheduling, ensuring that production plans reflect contractual and compliance priorities. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP production planning and manufacturing processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs. Strong knowledge of standard SAP processes is the most important qualification; prior experience with Cognitus Flowdown is a plus but not required, as training on the solution will be provided. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with functional teams, developers, and client stakeholders throughout design, build, and deployment
Required technical and professional expertise
5-7 years SAP SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)
Preferred technical and professional experience
-
Advanced SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Experience with advanced SAP S/4HANA features and functionality, enabling the design and implementation of complex Production Planning solutions.
-
Industry-Specific Expertise: Experience in a specific industry, such as manufacturing or logistics, with knowledge of industry-specific production planning challenges and best practices.
-
SAP S/4HANA Integration: Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA PP with other SAP modules or third-party systems to deliver comprehensive solutions.
